Description:We transformed their original sunroom which had space that wasn't usable into a new, larger sunroom. The homeowners requested as much natural lighting into the space as possible so we added some fixed windows in the gable end. The existing footers were used, but we extended the footprint 2 feet larger out from the house. The interior was finished with all stain grade trim to match their existing house. The highlight of the project is the tongue and groove ceiling with recessed lights. A small deck with steps was construction for easy access to and from the room. We finished off the project with installing lattice underneath.
