Description:After reviewing what was thought to be a renovation, we found that by tearing down the existing structure and building new would provide a finished product that specifically met this client’s dreams. An abundance of natural light was a top priority, so we purposed two sliding windows on each side of the structure to create an open atmosphere. While designing and reviewing this space, we decided to add a deck to the side of the room so the family could enjoy their landscaped yard.
