Description:Being a proactive builder requires understanding the unique challenges that every project represents. This allows us to solve the issues before they happen and allows our customers to relax and feel confident during the building process. A great example of this is the new bathroom we added to the Turner’s 5-story alternate stacked style home. The master bedroom happened to be on the fifth level. The first part of the build required us to develop a solution to for the plumbing to reach from the fifth floor to the basement. Once we configured this, we were able to build out the bathroom by expanding it over the level below. The project required a lot of forward thinking, and the end result was a larger master closet, beautiful bathroom and a master bedroom they will enjoy for years to come.
