The Heck Residential Process
Schedule a meeting at your home for an addition/renovation or at our office for a new custom home. We’ll listen to your needs, desires and expectations and want you to feel comfortable in asking us questions. We’ll offer our expertise and suggestions based on your needs and budget.
Heck Construction prepares a budget proposal based on the information collected at the first meeting. We will take time to review it with you and make sure it is fully understood.
If accepted, a design contract is signed and we continue to finalize construction plans. We can also provide a three dimensional computer simulated model of the entire project so you can see what it is going to look like before it is built.
With plans finalized, we provide an accurate proposal with all the features discussed. We can adjust as needed and move to the contract stage.
After the contract is signed we will get building permits and secure a start and completion date. We provide the option to pay a percentage based on certain stages during the building process and will help with getting financing from the bank if needed.
Throughout the entire construction process a personal project manager will work closely with you to understand your family’s special situations and can customize the construction process to make sure it is a worry free experience.
