Details:We constructed a new modern style addition in between an existing sunroom and their home. The all-purpose room addition has a tile floor which we matched to the existing adjoining room and a custom built in ramp to get to both levels without a step. The sunroom was expanded, remodeled and closed in to give it year round use. Included in that room is a wood plank tile floor and a dog grooming area. Part of that area is a custom tile shower elevated off the ground for ease of use. Cable railing was installed at both decks along with exterior lighting around them. Exterior finishes to match existing painted cement board siding and trim.
